A few things to know

+What do the crossed-out price and discount mean?

Crossed-out amounts are catalog reference prices. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans show a monthly equivalent and charge the full year upfront, with credits issued monthly. Review the total charge and renewal terms before purchase. Model credit offers have separate conditions.

+Do annual plans grant all yearly credits upfront?

No. Annual billing charges the full year once and releases credits in 12 calendar-month allowances anchored to your subscription date. Allowances and capabilities match the monthly tier. Studio credits can carry once; a verified full refund revokes unreleased allowances.

+How are credits charged?

Credits are shared across images and video. The model, resolution, duration and chargeable references determine the cost. Review the quote before generation. One credit is not a fixed retail USD price; the plan or credit pack determines what you pay for it.

+Does a larger credit allowance unlock more features?

Pro’s two allowances share the same capabilities, as do Studio’s three. A higher membership unlocks its capabilities; choosing more credits within that membership increases your generation allowance.

+What happens when I buy extra credits?

Active paid members can buy any extra credit pack. Pack credits last 365 days from payment and do not upgrade your membership or reset promotion limits. Expiring monthly credits are used first where their expiry is earlier.

+Do monthly credits roll over?

Starter, Creator and Pro monthly credits expire at the paid billing period end. Studio can carry unused credits from the immediately preceding paid month into the next paid month, capped at one monthly allowance. Carried credits cannot roll over a second time.

+Can I stop my subscription?

Cancel renewal in your billing settings. Once confirmed, your paid membership remains available until its current period ends. Cancellation and a refund are separate operations; refund requests follow the Terms.

+How do model offers work?

Offers apply to the listed model and exact output settings during their stated window. Limited offers count actual images per account across purchases and plan changes. After the limit, the regular campaign price applies; after the campaign ends, the standard credit quote applies. Any changed price is shown before submission.
