Using Jynno

Jynno provides AI image and video generation through third-party model providers. You need an account and sufficient credits. Keep your credentials secure and use the service only where you are eligible under applicable law. AI outputs can contain errors and may not match your expectations; review them before use.

Credits and payments

The generator displays the credit cost before submission. Credits are deducted when a task is queued. Confirmed technical failures and eligible cancellations restore credits once. Content safety or copyright refusals may consume credits under the applicable model terms. If the task status is unconfirmed, its credits remain reserved until the status has been checked; the task is not automatically submitted again. Contact support with your task ID if a task is awaiting review.

Subscriptions and credit packs are purchased through Waffo. The Pricing page and checkout state the amount, credit quantity, billing interval, validity and purchase conditions. Subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancellation is confirmed. Credit packs are separate one-time purchases and do not renew automatically; current top-ups require active membership.

Cancellation and purchase refunds

Request cancellation in subscription settings and review the confirmed end date. Cancellation stops future renewal once confirmed and does not automatically refund a previous charge. Cash refund requests and payment disputes are reviewed against the relevant purchase and usage records. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Read the Refund Policy, and contact support with your order reference. Task-credit restoration is separate from cash refunds. Credits reclaimed after a refund cannot be used again.

Inputs and outputs

You must have permission to upload and use reference images and videos, including permission from depicted people where required. Commercial use of generated media depends on the selected provider's terms, the rights to your inputs and applicable law. Jynno does not guarantee exclusive ownership or non-infringement of generated outputs.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jynno for child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, unauthorized impersonation, incitement to violence, harassment, unlawful discrimination, rights infringement or unlawful activity. Do not abuse promotional credits or attempt to bypass authentication, pricing or provider safety controls. We rely on available provider safety checks and review reports; automated checks cannot detect every violation. We may restrict abusive accounts and remove violating content, subject to applicable law.

Availability and support

Models and service availability can change. Generations depend on provider capacity and may require additional time. Contact us through the contact page or published support address for billing questions, content reports, account access or privacy requests. Include the relevant task ID or order reference. Jynno may update these terms by publishing a new date; applicable legal rights are unaffected.
