Refund Policy
Find out how to request a Jynno purchase review or refund, cancel a subscription and check refund status. Task-credit returns are handled separately.

Requesting a review
If you believe a purchase was incorrect or you did not receive the purchased access or credits, contact support as soon as possible. Include your account email, order reference, purchase date, amount and reason. Never send full card details. We verify the payment and usage records before deciding a request.
Unused purchases, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and a failure to provide the purchased service can be submitted for review. Eligibility depends on the facts, the checkout terms applicable to the purchase and any rights you have under applicable law. An unused balance from another purchase does not show that the disputed purchase was unused.
Used credits and delivered results
A correctly delivered generation uses the quoted credits. Disliking a style or changing your creative direction does not automatically qualify for a cash refund or a free regeneration. If a file is missing, unreadable or materially different from the promised format, include the task reference so we can review the deliverable and charge.
Confirmed technical failures and eligible cancellations may return task credits. A pending or uncertain task must be reconciled before its charge is changed. Task-credit restoration does not mean a payment refund has been approved. Promotional credits were not purchased and have no cash refund value.
Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription to stop future renewals once cancellation is confirmed. Cancellation alone does not refund an earlier purchase. Renewal charges and subscription-related disputes can be submitted for individual review with the relevant order and subscription references.
Approved refunds
Cash refunds are processed through Waffo, normally to the original payment method where supported. Processing and bank timing depend on the provider and payment method. An approved refund can still take time to reach your payment account. Contact support for the verified status of your request.
A confirmed refund adjusts the credits and access funded by that payment. Already spent credits are not made spendable again. Partial refunds require individual review; they are not calculated automatically from unused subscription days.

This policy does not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or the applicable payment-provider terms. Read the purchase terms shown at checkout together with this policy.
